Job Details

The purpose of bringing someone on for this position is to free up the owner to do business development and put more efficient systems in place and continue to grow the company. This individual would oversee the office staff listed below and would work Monday-Friday. Hours would be typically 9-5 but some weeks could be 10-4. There will be weeks that are busier and would require 50+ hours/week but other weeks might only require 30 hours, however, this person would need to be available by phone at all times.

Support the office staff in fulfilling their responsibilities, and make decisions in light of the whole company. Creative problem-solving and crisis management (primarily not enough caregivers to fill shifts)

Office Staff:

Staffing Coordinator: Communicating with clients about what days/times they need caregivers, and communicating with caregivers to match shifts accordingly (scheduling). Handles all call offs. The is a constantly evolving jigsaw puzzle.

Client Coordinators: Communicate with clients about everything except money and scheduling. Primarily fields calls/emails from clients and their family members.

Director of Nursing: Compliance, nursing care, initial client shifts to determine care needs, initial training with new clients

Employee Development Coordinator (Recruiter): Finds, screens, and hires new caregivers. She is also in charge of employee retention/happiness (acknowledgements, appreciation, culture).

Bookkeeper: Invoicing, payroll, bookkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
