LifeCare Solutions of Palm Beach is looking for a part time in-office Documentation Coordinator for our busy Medicare home health agency. We are looking for just the right person to join our office staff and would be excited to welcome you to our incredible group of committed and compassionate health care professionals.

Description: This position will initially be a 24 hour per week position. The Documentation Coordinator's primary responsibilities are:

• Process Physician Orders for signature
• Monitor receipt of all start of care & recert forms
• Scan & upload clinical documentation into patient EMR chart
• Maintain agency Emergency Disaster book
• Communicate daily with field staff regarding any visits unaddressed in late, pending, or incomplete status for resolution as appropriate.
• Receive, scan and email payor correspondence to billing department
• Process requests for medical records
• Provide back up and assistance to HR & Payroll functions

Education Requirements

• High school education or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Minimum one year of administrative experience in a Medicare home health agency, using an online EMR system, Kinnser preferably.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience working in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of using fax, email, scanner, adobe sign, excel & outlook.

Skill Requirements

• Exceptional organizational, customer service, communication, follow through and Team player skills required.
• Ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
