We are seeking part-time Culinary Assistants-Server/Dishwashersthat embody our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of aCulinary Assistant-Server/Dishwasheryou will be responsible for enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile. Incumbent will perform table service in a caring, professional, and timely manner. Assist residents with all dining needs, set-up and clean the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Observe residents to respond if they require additional service and embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
