Weekend C.N.A. - Part-Time - Full-time Job

We are looking for WEEKEND WARRIOR CNAs

New Base Rates 15.60-17.22:
New higher Shift Diffs!:
$10.00 more per hour shift differential for working all weekends.

Must have experience with working 16 hour shifts:
This is for 52 weekend per yr., you can also pick up shifts during the week if you would like to make this a FT position, those extra shifts would be picked up at regular rates.

Weekend Warrior Hours/Shifts:
Saturdays 6:30 am through Monday 7:00 am there are two options for shifts (Positions)

• 6:30 am – 11:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays OR
• 2:30 pm – 7:00 am Saturdays and Sundays

Weekend Warrior Rate:Warrior Rate:
$10 more an hour/ but this would fall under the weekend shift differential under the Weekend Warrior program. Stakeholder would receive $10.00/hour differential on top of their base rate, not to exceed the $10.00 per hour WW rate and should not include any additional shift/weekend differentials.

Rates:
If the Weekend Warrior pick-up shifts/hours outside the WW Shift (Saturdays 6:30 am for CNAs/7am for Nurses through Monday 7:00 am), they will NOT be paid the $10.00/hour Weekend Warrior Rate.

Attendance Clause: if the Stakeholder calls off at any time during the pay period, Weekend Warrior differential will be revoked for the entire pay period and only standard shift/weekend differentials will be applied. If the Stakeholder calls off more than two times in a 6 month period, they will lose the Weekend Warrior position and return to their previous position or a CNA.

We’re currently hiring for the position of Certified Nursing Assistant.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

• Perform support and assistance to nursing personnel and assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
• Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.

Job Requirements:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
