Our Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is seeking an experience Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our food services team. Must be able to grill sauté, food/produce ordering, inventory, prepare food from scratch, work on the line and be creative in food presentation. The ideal candidate will be a team player, must be able to prioritize tasks and have professional customer services skills. Responsibilities include properly learn and execute recipes as per outlined by dietician, maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, and follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
**Must be 18 years of age.**
We are a Drug Free Workplace and applicant must pass a Level II Background Screening as well as test negative for COVID prior to starting orientation. Must always wear mask while inside the community. Currently there is no COVID vaccination mandate in place for our organization.
