Part-time Cook Part-time Job

PART TIME COOK NEEDED. Possibility of full time in future.

Under the direction of our Food Service Director, the Line Cook will assist with the daily operations of our kitchen and assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department. Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the Pacifica Senior Living quality standards. Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner. Assists in the selection, supervision and training and development of staff for growth and opportunity to meet the demand for qualified employees need for continued company growth and proficient service to residents and guests.

Other Job Duties Entail:

• Able to maintain work pace appropriate to given work load. Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance. Prepare salads, bake desserts, and complete menu meals on time and without the direct supervision of the Dining Services Director. Reads, interprets and follows production sheets. Safely operate all kitchen equipment and dishwashing machine. Clean and sanitize ovens, grill, work space, and cooking utensils.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
