General Laborer Full-time Job

Our goal each and every day is to provide care, comfort and respect to our residents. We are looking for an individual with skill, ability and compassion to fulfill our full-time General Laborer position. This position will entail you working side by side with our Corporate Maintenance Director; an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibility:

• Preparing and cleaning up job sites, loading and unloading materials, assisting the Corporate Maintenance Director with service and repair of the interior and exterior of our communities that can and will include HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, general labor and lawn/landscaping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of general maintenance experience including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekends
• Must enjoy working with seniors
• A successful candidate will be detail oriented and focused on customer service. The right candidate is self-motivated, can work independently as well as in a team and have good communication skills.
• Provide proof of clean driving record and have reliable transportation.
• Must be neat in appearance and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
