Private Duty Homecare Supervisor (Registered Nurse) - High Paying! Full-time Job

We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a RN Supervisor position in private duty homecare. The RN Supervisor will admit the new patients, write care plan, get orders and do some skilled visits as well. The Registered Nurse must have at least 1 year of experience in a homecare private duty setting or in a home health setting with Medicare patients. Management/supervisory experience is not required, only that the candidate is confident in their ability to lead a team and shows competence with the skills necessary to be a great leader. You will be trained by the current supervisor who is looking to semi-retire and go down to part-time hours so the RN will have availability to their mentor at all times. The current supervisor has been with the company for 30 years and will guarantee that the RN will get the training needed but not be micromanaged! This job is one-on-one care with clients who prefer to pay privately or have private insurance coverage. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRIVATE DUTY REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR POSITION: The Registered Nurse must have at least 1 year of experience in a homecare private duty setting or in a home health setting with Medicare patients.
