Care with over 10 years as a local in the Hollywood area, we are experienced in both medication managment and therapy, our practice and treatments services focus on on evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to both adults and youths suffering variety of mental challenges in and outpatient care setting, we provide both in person and virtual treatments.

Position Summary

Proactive Personal Assistant, is seeking to assist busy Executive female,in and out the office Space , you must have wriiten and verbal communication skills.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule : Momday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

Job Requirements and Qualifications/ Licensing

  • 2 years of Personal Assistance Requirement
  • Familiar Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 WPM
  • Scheduling
  • Billing
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls

Preferred Experience

  • Greater than 1 year minumum, highly skilled multiple specialties in the area of First Assisting clients, in Healthcare and is Bi-langual.

General Skills Required

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with persons involved in a full spectrum of programming, children, parents, school falculty and staff, grantors,funders,partnering agencies, and members of the community.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, client-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
