We are a General Contractor that has been in business over 20 years building in both South & Central Florida. We specialize in all aspects of Commercial, Industrial, and Office markets but now have a focus in Warehouse and Assisted Living Builds. We hire for the long term - not for 1 or 2 projects. Currently we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join the team in Miami FL!
What You Will Be Doing
- Guide projects from moment of award through pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with building owners
- Budget for labor and material
- Run multiple projects simultaneously
What You Need for this Position
- Tilt-up experience required
- 4+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
- 4+ years Ground Up, Corporate Interior, Tenant Fit Out, and/or Prebuilt experience
