Qualifications:
- Must be CORE-certified
- Current hands-on CPR Certification.

The individual in this position will be expected to supervise and manage the entire assisted living and adult day care program operations, including all personnel functions, direct care, resident services, food service, operational, physical plant/maintenance, marketing and outreach of prospective residents and clients, enforce and maintain policies and procedures, statutory requirements, respond to inspector site visits, including the licensing agency and ensure welfare and safety of residents.
This position interfaces with the resident and health care providers, families and powers of attorneys. This individual is responsible for the admission, retention and discharge of residents and clients. This position supervises, recruits, hires, trains and terminates all employees in consultation with the payroll company and the management company as needed.
The executive director will work in partnership with the marketing director to handle the leasing process including scheduling appointments with prospective residents, qualifying of prospective residents, showing the community, and leasing available units. The executive director will work with the business manager in processing move in or residents into the community and overseeing resident’s financial matters. The executive director will also closely monitor the residents with government subsidies to ensure residents are moved in with the subsidies in place and the renewal process is followed.
This position must be able to function under the off-site supervision of the management entity.
