Required Qualifications

• RN license in Florida with home health or acute health care setting
• $40.00 per hour

Comfort HHA – Palm Harbor is looking for Registered Nurses full time or part-time to work for both our private & medicare certified division.

• Excellent clinical assessment
• Makes initial evaluation visit to new admissions and determines appropriateness, discharges, supervisory visits.
• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes of patient care, consults with other disciplines as required and adjusts nursing care processes as necessary to assure appropriate and optimal patient care.
• Able to case manage patient care delivery.
• Oasis start of care experience.
• Computer savvy, good communication skills, patient teaching, able to multitask, team player, Detailed-oriented, and people person.
• 2 years or more experience in Home Health delivery or its equivalent
• Holiday and Weekend rotation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
