Scheduler - Home Health Full-time Job

Right at Home is a premier home care agency serving Lake and Sumter Counties. With a reputation for excellence we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our growing team as a Scheduling Coordinator. This person is responsible for carefully matching the right caregivers with our clients to create meaningful relationships and provide outstanding care.

We are looking for a full time team member who is quick-thinking smart detail-oriented and energetic with the ability to multi-task and maintain a very busy and dynamic schedule. The Coordinator is excellent with open communication and efficient problem solving with a sense of urgency. You are friendly and a positive team player who is great at seeing the "big picture".

Essential Functions:

Schedules and coordinates day to day activities of caregivers

Assists with hiring, orientation, training, documentation, and continuous monitoring of care providers and their schedules

Maintains consistent schedules for client satisfaction

Performs on-call duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent

Able to pass AHCA Level II background screening

Excellent problem solving skills
