Senior Living Sales Director for award winning 250 unit Assisted and Independent Living community in Sarasota. Expected W2 $90k, with a $2000 sign-on bonus!
This is a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care Community with 14 Locations throughout the state of Florida, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to add to our team for our new Sarasota Community. The IDEAL candidate has a passion for Senior Citizens and a long track record of success in immediately and positively impacting the census and revenues in Senior Living Communities. This person is primarily responsible for the following: · (1) building and sustaining census within the assigned community, · (2) counseling and guiding prospects and families through the sales process, · (3) aggressively, appropriately, and dynamically following up on all opportunities, and · (4) confidently closing the sale and securing the resident. In addition, specific focus will be given to the mastery of our internal CRM to properly maintain a database of leads and opportunities to build and sustain an Assisted Living Community resident census. We provide some of the highest lead volumes in the industry and the area averaging over 165 NEW inquiries per month · Partnerships with all third-party provider partnerships, including “A Place For Mom”, “Caring.com”, private placement organizations · Fully integrated contact center that: o Handles all incoming inquiry calls o Lead entry into our proprietary CRM o Appointment and tour set-up o Lead vetting and “table setting” for all digital leads, including our Website, A Place for Mom, and Caring.com · Fully supportive corporate office generating leads for you on a regular basis through aggressive corporate-generated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) internet marketing campaigns · A community Sales Assistant to help complete the clerical and administrative tasks related to sales · Customized “Sales and Marketing Training Program” with a combination of community and corporate office training in addition to ongoing training · Commitment to keeping the communities updated, professionally decorated and beautifully appointed
