Medical Biller and Collection Specialist Full-time Job

Family Life Care is looking for an experienced Home Health Medical Biller and Collections Specialist to join our team at a fast-paced home healthcare company in Orange Park, Florida. Strong understanding of Medical Claims, Billing, Coding and Collections in a home health care environment is required. The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding. Extra consideration for candidates who hold a relevant Billing/Coding Certificate.
• Extensive experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and commercial insurance in the home health environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Embrace technology and have experience with industry software such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize.
• Positive attitude and be a team player
• “Go the extra mile” personality

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of home health care billing and coding experience is required.
