We are currently seeking a Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume switchboard with grace. Our Receptionist will be able to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Our ideal Receptionist will be able to accomplish the following duties:

• Maintain communication through telephone switchboard with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Receive and Assist Visitors in completing their purpose with a "Welcoming and Friendly Attitude"
• Maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
• Oversees courier service, both internally and externally.
• Able to excel in a high call volume, fast pace environment and accurately direct calls to the correct department .
• Assembles Admission packets and other clerical duties.
• Data Entry
