• $16+ per hour (experienced based)

Our Healthcare Servers, or as we call them, Dietary Aides, at Cypress Cove serve our residents in the Inn, our Assisted Living facility, and the Lodge, our Skilled Nursing facility.

Our Lead Servers are responsible for the above as well as assisting the Dietary Manager/Supervisors with the day-to-day supervision of the Aides.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assisting in the orientation, on-the-job training and mentoring of all new department staff members.
• Assuming the role of a Dietary Aide in their absence:
• Setting up tables and serving meals/beverages according to established dietary needs of the residents.
• Clearing, washing, and sanitizing all dishes and utensils.
• Responding to dining needs in a prompt manner.

• Processing data for new admissions, diet changes, menus, and food production charts.
• Building lasting relationships with residents.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Supervisory experience in a food service department preferred.
• A great outlook, cheerful disposition and love of older adults are a must.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
