Community care Associate - Med Tech/CNA/HHA Part-time Job

A motivated Community Care Associate is currently needed in the Lake Wales area in Polk County!

Our Community Care Associates provide assistance with self-administration of medications, provide assistance with activities of daily living, serve food, complete housekeeping and laundry. Our position allows direct care providers to learn the characteristics and preferences of each resident under their care and encourages collaborative decision making that reinforces person-centered care. The individual in this position will be expected to evacuate residents in cases of fire/safety and emergency situations, assist with fire drills and complete other related tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Provides care as assigned by the supervisor such as:

• Direct care and documentation
• Serves meals
• Assists residents with ambulation
• Performs housekeeping tasks

Qualifications:

• Med Tech Certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant with a State-issued certification.
• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Must have a clear background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
