Position Title: Bistro Server

Position Overview: Provide quality service including serving beverage & café orders to guests. Responsible for complete sanitation of Bistro café area and equipment. Reports to the Retail and Catering Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to communicate with residents to take meal orders and provide service during meals.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of the ingredients and prices of all food & drinks on Bistro menu.
• Able to promptly and accurately report any resident problems, inquiries, requests and/or concerns to supervisor.
• Responsible for the proper food handling and preparation in accordance with Health Department regulations.
• Able to make menu changes only with the consent of the manager or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; may be working toward high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instruction
