Resident Cook Full-time Job

We are looking for a skilled cook and congenial team member. This individual is responsible for the preparation and service of meals for residents and staff. Also responsible for assisting with other kitchen duties as needed for daily operations. Experience in assisted living facilities, or similar large-scale dining facilities, preferred. This position has the potential for advancement depending on level of experience and skill.

ServSafe Food Certificate preferred; able to pass a Level II background check, drug test and TB screen. Schedule flexibility necessary. Shifts include 6am - 2pm / 9am - 5:30 pm / 11am - 7pm with alternate weekends and Holidays. Our cook staff does their own food prep, set-up, serving and clean-up. Other utility tasks including mopping, stocking, dish washing, equipment cleaning and kitchen shutdown.
