AAA Home Health Services, Inc, is searching for an adaptive, quick learner, for our administrative assistant opening. This position is onsite and is Full Time.
The position summary is as follows:
- Processing new hires (documentation, orientation, and initial training)
- Active employee personnel administration, (payroll support, documentation, follow-up on notes, end-of-contract checklist)
Will provide administrative support to the entire office (mass e-mails, reception, phone calls, office supplies) and participate in special projects as requested.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities required:
- Strong Written and Oral communication
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Home Health Care knowledge preferred
- Kinnser cloud based software knowledge preferred but not required
