Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time Job

HOME CARE, RECHARGED is a Private Duty Home Health Agency (NO OASIS), ACHC Accredited that provides traditional Home Care and Private Duty Nursing Care in Marion County, FL.

The RN hired will work as our Care Coordinator/ADON, working closely with our Director of Nursing and Administrator with a variety of duties both in our office setting as well as in the field as care relates to both Skilled and Non-Skilled Client/Patient services including:

• Taking, reviewing and converting home care referrals
• Assessing potential clients/patients in their homes, developing plans of care, care plans, coordinating services and discharge planning
• Completing client admission and pre-admission visits
• Ensuring compliance with agency’s policies and local, state, federal laws and regulations as well as ACHC Accreditation Standards
• Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation
• Quality Assurance Visits/Calls
• Supervisory Visits
• Skilled Nursing Services as ordered.
• Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and supervising field staff
• Assisting with scheduling
• Evaluating and conferring with staff regarding performance
• Directing and supervising all client care services

· This role may also participate in the orientation of our home health aides and community events as needed as well as supervising the field staff for home care and private duty · Chart Audits, QA/QI

• After Hour On-Call Rotation is required
• Representing the agency in the community- attending after hours events as needed to support the business development plans of the agency

Minimum Requirements:

• A Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current unencumbered RN License in Florida
• 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN preferred
• 1+ years of experience in home health care
• Knowledge of home health care regulations
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
• Meet all State and Home Health Agency Background Check Requirements
• Meet the Physical and Health Requirements of the Home Health Agency
• Able to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
• Willing to travel frequently and as needed within Marion County

This is a Full Time, Salaried Position.

Pay: $62000 - $70000 / year
