Our Staffing Agency, which focuses on the Health Care industry, such as Home Care Agencies, needs Licensed Physical Therapists to complete SOC visits. We're looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. We operate in a high-energy, positive-thinking environment, offering our patients gentle encouragement to achieve their goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete 20 SOC visit every week.
- Willing to travel between two counties.
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
- Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care.
- Visit patients in their homes.
- Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
- Communicate with office staff.
- Complete all dictation in a timely manner.
