RN and LPN Requirements:

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the State of Florida

A minimum of one year of experience in home health care within the last three years

Current CPR certification

Current Physical or Health Statement

Case Management and Supervisory Visit Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills

CNA Requirements:

Education: High school graduate preferred. License as required by state of Florida.

Experience: Six month’s supervised experience as a CNA within the last year required.

HHA Requirements:

Experience: Six month’s supervised experience as an HHA within the last year required.
