Receptionist - Home Health Agency Full-time Job

We are a Medicare certified Home Health Agency seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist. Must have Home Health experience and worked for a Home Health Agency. Experience with Medicare.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Fluent in English to be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers, hospitals, doctors, etc.

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment is a must.

Job Duties:

• Process incoming documentation
• Process patient referrals, verify physician information
• Answer several phone calls a day
• Send documentation to physicians and obtain signatures, and call to follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Healthcare Office: 3 years (Preferred)
