**$1000 Sign-On Bonus** **Colleague Referral Bonus**

An additional $4500 bonus is available to any new hires who relocate to the Empath Personal Care service area for this position from 75 miles outside the Empath Personal Care Service Area.

**Base pay: $15.00 with the ability to earn up to $19.00 per hour depending on client**

Qualifications:

• HHA Certificate (40+ hour) or CNA license preferred
• CPR Certification required (in-house classes available if needed)
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in healthcare/home health preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must have valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel within the service area

No Experience, That’s ok!!! Approved Home Health/Empath Personal Care will pay you to get started! We will train you to become a Home Health Aide.
