LPNs needed for daily 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts.
Must have LPN License, valid CPR Card and Level 2 Background Clearance.
Must be able to provide a Negative TB Confirmation (Chest xrays are no longer accepted).
Must be able to provide CEU's for HIV and Alzheimer's and Related Disorders.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to provide a copy of car insurance card.
Only Professional and Reliable Licensed Practical Nurses need apply.

Pay: $33.00 per hour
