LPN/RN Needed for hourly Nursing Case- 12 HOUR SHIFTS! Full-time Job

• One on one care with the help of a CNA – NEED DAYS AND NIGHT SHIFTS 7A-7P & 7P-7A
• Largo – independent living – NOT clinically complex
• Administer PO meds, accu checks, insulin 1x day
• Current 24/7 nursing and 24/7 CNA care with one patient (2 caregivers/one patient)
• Interact with client as much as possible day & night
• Hands on care for all ADL’s (Hoyer with CNA help)
• Client details: Alert with confusion, help with meals, help better clients life in a home setting vs going into nursing home.
• Psych background would help. Slight dx of dementia/anxiety.
• Location may change from Largo to Palm Harbor.
• $800 SIGN ON BONUS (upon eligibility)
