onehome is looking for Home Health Aides/CNAs in the Orlando, FL area. The Home Health Aide/CNA provides assistance with daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other designated health care professional.

Responsibilities and Duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Traveling to patients' homes to provide assistance with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
• Encourages client participation in activities to the extent to which the client is able.
• Assists with ambulation as instructed/needed.
• Reports any changes in patient’s condition, living conditions etc. to RN/Supervisor as they occur.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to HIPPA Privacy rule
• Follows care plan as instructed.
• Accepts only those assignments for which they are qualified.
• Maintain patients' care records and document provided services.

Qualifications:

• Must provide evidence of formal training and/or certification as a Home Health Aide/CNA as required by state law.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred but not required.
