- Bathing, Dress/Undress
- Stand By Assist walking
- Monitor patients
- Light cooking/ Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminder
- Active CNA License or HHA Certification
- Current CEU's ( Osha, Hippa, ALZ/DEM, AIDS/HIV, Dom Vio, Assist W/ Medication)
- Experience with Seniors ( Home Health or Senior Care Community)
- Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proof of current TB testing or Chest X-Ray
- CPR Certified
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable,
- Pass a criminal background check (Level 2)
