Field Registered Nurse (RN) Virtual Hiring Event Full-time Job

Southeast Homecare has immediate openings for Registered Nurses, and are seeking to hire for PRN or full time positions in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach County. Southeast Homecare has been in business for over 20 years, established to assist in meeting the needs of providing quality home health services to patients in communities throughout the State of Florida.

DUTIES OF POSITION:

• To provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates total patient care by conducting comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring the client's condition, promoting sound preventive practices, coordinating services and teaching and training activities.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family.
• Prepares and presents patient's record to the Clinical Record Review Committee as indicated.
• Consults with the attending physician concerning alterations of Patient Care Plans, checks with the appropriate supervisor and makes changes, as appropriate.
• Submits clinical notes no less often than seventy-two (72) hours, and progress notes and other clinical record forms outlining the services rendered as indicated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Registered RN (State of Florida)

6 month to 1 year of Home Health experience (Preferred)

OASIS experience preferred

Personal vehicle and current car insurance
