The Heron Club of Prestancia is a luxurious Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Sarasota, Florida and we are currently hiring a new Executive Director. The Heron Club of Prestancia offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.
The Executive Director will successfully execute the day-to-day operations of the community and carry out supervisory responsibilities for all departments per the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Executive Director will identify, recruit, train, and develop a talented team of employees who can lead critical departments and manage strategic business functions.
The ideal candidate for Executive Director will be self-driven with the ability to work independently while juggling changing priorities. Must be organized and have strong attention to detail. The Executive Director must be professional, friendly, and approachable as this position interacts with employees, residents, family members, and vendors.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Executive Director directly supervises in all departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Managing resident relations to include resident care, resident needs, communicating with family members.
- Developing community relationships and building a positive culture.
- Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
Certificates and Licenses requirements:
AHCA Core Training or Nursing Home Administrator Licensure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
