Overview: The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic dietary trays and meals to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus, federal and state rules and regulations and the Community’s Core Value & Standard of Performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in nursing home food service preferred.

Location: Just south of Miami, East Ridge is on 76 acres inside the city of Cutler Bay.
