General Contractor looking for a Project Manager.

Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel to assigned Project location(s). Our current project locations are (not limited to) PA, TN, NC, SC, VA, GA, MS & FL. We specialize in Commercial Build; Senior Living Facilities, Hotels & Multi-Family. In your resume, please provide a list of projects you have previously worked on.
- Experience in Senior Living, Hotels, or Multi-Family is highly encouraged and Wood-Frame experience is a PLUS!
- Has experience in managing design/build, construction management, or construct-only projects from project assignment through completion.
Responsibilities:
- May be responsible for managing concurrently more than one project.
- Hiring staff and contractors.
- Providing guidance and supervision as required.
- Assessing the progress and performance of all workers involved.
- Performing detailed analyses and drawing up reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all building, safety, and governmental regulations
