We are looking for an empathetic and reliable Companion to provide support and companionship to our senior's in The Villages with their day-to-day activities of life. In this role, you will perform stand by assistance with hygiene and nutritional tasks, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, and remind them to take their prescribed medications. Your main goal is to keep them engaged in conversation and safely transporting to and from Doctors appointments and social activities. This is essential to the mental and emotional well-being of the aging senior population. This job can be challenging as well as rewarding, so applicants who have experience caring for the elderly or people with developmental disabilities are preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
