Community Liaison Full-time Job

Keystone Home Health is a CHAP accredited Medicare Certified agency which has been delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families since 2007. Keystone Home Health is seeking a Community Liaison, to continue to help the company grow. We offer competitive pay and benefits package.

As a Community Liaison, you will work with physicians and other healthcare providers in the community to help promote the company and continue to grow the company.

Community Liaison duties include but are not limited to:

1. Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.

2. Visit Doctor' offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.

3. Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.

4. Analyze past and current marketing data.

5. Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.

6. Analyze patient/company relationships.

7. Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.

8. Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.

9. Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.

10. Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.

Required Qualifications:

1. At least 1-year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.

2. Must be organized and detail oriented.

3. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing, orally in English.

4. Must be able to interact with health professional at all levels.

5. Must have criminal background check clearance and OIG clearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
