HHA or CNA candidates looking for full time work. Hours are Monday -Fri 9am to 3 pm
In Boca to be a ladies personal assistant ,and her friend as well as to leave her alone when need be No personal care needed .
The items required to register are as follows:
-Driver License (Original for IRS forms)
-Social security card or I9 requirements (original for IRS forms)
-CNA license registered with the Florida department of health or HHA Certificate with Palm Beach County Badge. (see link)
-CPR card (current)
-Car insurance declaration page
-Physical & chest X-ray or TB test within 6 months of start date
-COVID-19 test results taken less than 2 weeks of start date even with vaccine card
-CEUs-HIV/AIDS, OSHA, (bring any you have)-Alzheimer's & assisting with medications are highly recommended.
-Three work references with phone numbers and addresses that we can verify
