JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide professional nursing care to assigned client
Assess patients’ physical and emotional status, safety factors and social support
Implement care plan, evaluate progress and review care plans as needed
Note changes in condition and communicate with ordering physician and DON
Administer medications as prescribed
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
RN or LPN License
Valid Driver's License/ID

CPR Card (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Level 2 Background Check

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
