JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serves as the agency staff representative with physicians, facilities,discharge planners and community agencies.
• Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of the assigned territory.
• Developes, implements and evaluates plans to acheive growth goals.
• Developes business relationships with providers.
• Maintains professional and clinical knowledge of provider services.
• Makes effective sales contacts,calls and presentations.
• Participates in marketing efforts for the purpose of educating the healthcare community about home health care programs, including physician calls, lunch and learns and health fairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
