LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned;
• Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments;
• Delivers care to assigned clients and performs direct care in accordance with an established plan of care;
• Delivers safe care at all times that is in line with physician orders, home health policy and established nursing care standards.

Requirements:

• Prior home health care, hospice or related experience;
• One (1) year acute care clinical experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
