We are a growing, non-medical in-home care agency. We provide needed personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes. We are a family-owned business and currently provide services throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your job responsibilities would include:
- Direct and oversee the assigning and scheduling of all services
- Maintain and update all caregiver information including availability in Scheduling Software.
- Staff caregivers with clients who will love working for and improving their lives!
- Share with the client and family who will be will be taking care of their loved one.
- Functions as customer service representative to help caregivers and clients with services.
- Must maintain accurate schedules in Scheduling Software.
- Update on-call/stand-by team to ensure continuity of client care.
- Call the client and let them know of all schedule changes.
- Contact the care manager and/or responsible party of all schedule changes.
- Troubleshooting problems for clients, care managers, employees, and referral sources as is needed; striving for full satisfaction for each with issues related to staffing.
- Follow up with Caregivers after first visits to ensure a proper match was made.
- Functions as customer service representative to report & resolve client or employee issues as our policy states.
- Maintain all documentation in Scheduling Software of caregiver and client discussions and conversations.
Basic Qualifications & Interests:
- Experience communicating both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports,) to various audiences (clients, families, caregivers, doctors, lawyers, etc.)
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word 2003 or later (for example: such as: creating documents, entering and formatting text, page layouts, creating tables and adding graphics).
- Basic computer skills navigating the internet and other various online programs.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
