Staff Nurse in an Assisted Living Community Full-time Job

Summary: The Staff Nurse is responsible for the monitoring of the health and wellness of the residents. The responsibilities include but are not limited to; overall well-being of the residents; supervising and training of team members; communication with all resident support services and families; quality assurance; and regulatory compliance. The Staff Nurse completes any required
training and becomes knowledgeable in Inspirit Senior Living Philosophy, principles of service, and policies and procedures, and state regulations.

Reports To: Resident Wellness Director

Contacts: Routine contact with staff from other departments within the organization, residents, family members, visitors, volunteers, community agencies, vendors and members of the community.

Essential Responsibilities:
 Medication Administration.
 Fall prevention.
 Skin breakdown prevention.
 Incident reporting.
 Wellness visits.
 State regulatory compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
