LPN or RN for Day Shift in Naples (Home Care) Full-time Job

We are looking for a Day SHIFT LPN or RN to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 8am-8pm. This is 1 on 1 care in the patient's home.

Responsibilities:

• Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: medication administration, personal care, assist with transfers and ambulation as well as medication reminders.
• Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks
