  • Who We Are Looking For:
Do you have an infectious personality that makes patients look for any excuse to come back and see you? Are you a self-starter? Are you comfortable with picking up the phone to speak to new and past patients? Are you able to communicate with patients in such a way that they know what you’re doing for them?
Are you able to connect and engage with people on a personal level (not just on a clinical level)? And do you have time for people over and above their allocated clinical sessions or that which you are being paid to give?
Do you feel confident that the longer you can work with someone the bigger the difference and more value you can add to their life? Do you believe that you are more than your PT license and there are many ways beyond clinical skills and exercise prescription to help someone show up as the person they want to in life? Put another way…. Do you have your professional ego in check and recognize that your non-clinical ‘soft’ skills are more important to serving someone than your clinical ‘hard’ skills?
Do you love to learn and are you committed to being part of a team that puts patients and not professional ego first? Are you a team player and get enjoyment from anticipating the needs of others... executing/communicating in such a way that you make others lives easier? Are you coachable, flexible and open to change? Do you view the opportunity to learn, get out of your comfort zone and go the extra mile to serve our patients and community as a privilege and not something that you should be paid to do?

  • About Us - Direct Orthopedic Therapy:
We are an innovative physical therapy practice in NE Florida experiencing rapid growth. In two short years we’ve grown from one clinician making house calls to a team of 10+ people providing personalized physical therapy to countless patients both in our clinic & directly in clients homes.
Read our reviews and you’ll discover we have an incredible reputation in the community and appreciation for the unique way we positively impact the health & wellness of our patients. We pride ourselves on providing a personalized experience, connecting and impacting our patient’s quality of life one conversation at a time… this approach has built a lot of good will, momentum and a consistent stream of inquiries. As a result we are now offering you an opportunity to help us to continue that growth and provide an exceptional clinical experience for our patients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities.
We believe wholeheartedly that providing our patient’s an unrivaled healthcare experience and helping them live more active lives is only possible if we attract, train, coach and incentivize a top notch team of high performers. We have a diverse group of clinicians, support staff and patients from all walks of life, thereby giving you the opportunity to form new friendships, connections and better yourself while having a positive impact on the community.
Demand for this role is always high, we invite you to apply if you feel confident and able to achieve the tasks and responsibilities listed below. This person likely has a long track record of turning frustrated, hopeless and skeptical prospects into happy lifelong patients/clients who are happy to pay, stay & refer.
We know that real “A Players” love to be held accountable for high standards of performance, which means you’ll be given your own key objectives and outcomes. When these are consistently met, you’ll experience substantial benefits and privileges.
