One of the area’s leading providers of senior housing is adding to the Maintenance department and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to
- Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs
- Assist with grounds care as needed, such as weeding or snow removal
- Distribute deliveries from the loading and delivery areas to their proper locating in the building.
- Perform work orders as assigned, including minor building and equipment repairs.
- Recommend improvements to enhance the resident experience.

If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years similar experience in an assisted living, hotel or apartment setting, some electrical and plumbing experience, and the desire to work with and around seniors, then Vitality is the place for you!
