Overview:
T.E.H.C HEALTHCARE is a Medicare certified home health agency which has been serving our community for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a Community Liaison with prior home care marketing experience and a pre-existing book of Medicare, home care business. The Account Executive is responsible for executing a sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating in the medical community.
We are a post-acute care partner for hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and families. We deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that empowers patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health systems around the county have partnered with TEHC to deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Experience Requirements
- Two to three years of recent experience marketing skilled home health care.
- or
- A well established book of Medicare Home Health business in Brevard county.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills required.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self motivated.
Qualifications:
- Achievement of monthly goals for Medicare and Insurance admissions.
- Successfully execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.
- Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
- Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community
- Demonstrate pre and post call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections and closing.
- Works closely with the Administrator, Director of Marketing and Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
- Responsible to maintain and timely submit documents to include, but not limited to: Time sheets, weekly call logs, expense reports, PTO requests, and referral paperwork.
- Delivers, Tracks and picks- up needed paperwork from referral sources to include: Orders, 485s and F2F.
- Responds timely to cell phone calls, text and e-mail correspondence.
- Responsible for being a good steward of the company's financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing to a Sales and Marketing expense budget.
- Knows the features and benefits of the services provided by TEHC
- Is able to articulate competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines.
- Educates the medical community about the services of our organization through effective sales calls
- Completes annual TEHC in-services.
- Any other tasks that are assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
