We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, a good multi-tasker, and willing to go above and beyond.

A Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant will:

• Perform patient home visits based on a daily schedule
• Assist patients with daily ADL's
• Assist with errands, doctor's visits, etc.
• Submit daily visit notes
• Regularly report patient status/progress to supervising RN

• Licenses and/or certifications
• CPR card
• Level 2 background screening and fingerprint
• Health physical w/Chest X-Ray or PPD

• OSHA/Infection control/Hep B
• HIV/AIDS
• Domestic Violence
• Alzheimer's
• Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
