EasyLiving is a growing, non-medical in-home care & care management agency. We provide needed personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes. EasyLiving has been a family-owned business since 1998 and currently provides services throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate our recruiting plan to grow throughout the Tampa Bay areas.
• Meet your totally attainable goal of having 40 interviews each month.
• Meet the goal of hiring 20 caregivers each month for our three locations
• Create and manage exciting and unique ads as part of the recruitment process
• Respond to online applicants to determine their qualifications and motivate them to apply
• Schedule interviews for applicants that pass the initial screening process
• Hire new applicants that fit in with our company mission
• Coach our caregivers and help them be successful in providing care to their clients
• Create and maintain new hire documentation and files in a super organized and efficient way
• Ensure 100% home healthcare regulation compliance for employee files
• Systemize and manage the AHCA level 2 background screenings
• Supervise drug screen requirements and results
• Maintain caregiver information through our online system
• Excitedly crunch numbers for a monthly assessment report that will make you proud enough to put on your fridge afterward
• Promote training programs to increase awareness and participation
• Supervise iCaRewards program and cultivate excitement through creative ideas
• Systemize and manage the new caregiver orientations- ensure every new caregiver leaves with no questions unanswered and ready to be a part of our great team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,449.93 - $41,600.00 per year
