Full Time Occupational Therapist ( OTR/COTA) Full-time Job

Interactive Therapy Solutions Inc small but highly personalized dedicated pediatric based Occupational Therapy company is looking for Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/COTA) within the general Miami-Dade areas.

This part time to full time job offer is for home health daycare where the therapist will provide services in , school or daycare and clinic. We are currently looking for therapist to provide skilled treatment in the areas of, North Miami and it's surroundings.

Interactive Therapy Solutions INC is primarily a child dedicated therapy services company. We promote the function and engagement of infants and toddlers, children’s and teenagers and their families in everyday routines by addressing areas of occupation, including activities of daily living, rest and sleep, play, education, and social participation.

Enhance a family’s capacity to care for their child and promote his or her development and participation in natural environments where the child and family live, work, and play.

Based on current Pandemic situation, candidates must adhere with safety protocols wearing a Personal protective Equipment as directed by the Health Department.

Immediate Part-time to full-time positions 25+ hours available

Occupational Therapist Position:

Qualifications:

• Current NBCOT accreditation and OT state license
• Valid driver’s license
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification
• Compliant with continuing education, required by state as a condition of maintaining licensure.
• 6+ month Experience working with the pediatric population preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish, Creole) preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapy principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practice
• Comply with accepted professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Having a positive, compassionate and customer-service oriented attitude Treat clients, families and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Level II Background Check
