Aravilla Clearwater, Tampa Bay's newest and most beautiful assisted living community for memory care, is looking for a Director of Nursing.
The Director of Nursing manages the operation of the Nursing Department including maintaining excellent services, high occupancy,; supervision and oversight of Lead Nurses and Care Partners, meeting residents' needs, state regulations and community policies and procedures and accountability for meeting community financial goals. Act as Executive Director, as directed by the Management Company or Executive Director.
